Si Vintners is a boutique winery located in Rosa Glen, within Western Australia’s renowned Margaret River wine region. Established in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz, the winery is dedicated to natural farming practices that authentically express the unique terroir of their 7-hectare vineyard, originally planted in 1978.
Si Vintners: Celebrating Artisan Winemaking
With minimal intervention in both the vineyard and winery, Si Vintners produces a range of distinctive wines. Their offerings include varietals such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as innovative blends like the ‘Baba Yaga,’ a skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc co-fermented with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon.
