Old Coast Building – Crafting Family Homes Where Memories Are Made in Bunbury & the South West ✨🏡

Old Coast Building is a boutique, family-run building company based in Bunbury, specialising in thoughtfully designed custom homes and high-end renovations across the South West WA region. Led by husband-and-wife team Deon and Autumn Attard, they bring a personal touch to every project — Deon oversees construction and craftsmanship with 18+ years of carpentry experience, while Autumn manages client experience, communication, and brand.

With three boys of their own, Deon and Autumn truly understand what makes a house feel like a home: generous living spaces, abundant natural light, practical layouts that grow with your family, and timeless quality that stands the test of time. They take on a limited number of projects each year so every build receives the care and attention it deserves.

Working closely with trusted designers and architects, Old Coast Building offers a full design-and-construct approach — guiding clients from early planning stages right through to completion. Whether you’re dreaming of a new custom home that responds beautifully to its site and lifestyle, or a luxury renovation that transforms your existing property, they focus on quality, thoughtful planning, and building genuine relationships along the way.

Location: Based in Bunbury WA, proudly building across the Greater Bunbury region and South West WA.
