Little Hand Dumplings is not only a well know beloved food truck touring in the Margeret River region, it’s also now found a perminant homebase in a unique stationary bus parked on the main street of Augusta town center. They serving handcrafted, delicious dumplings made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The family-owned business is the brainchild of Yan, who grew up in Hong Kong learning the art of dumpling-making from her chef parents. Together with her husband Edison, they’ve created a vibrant culinary presence in the region, offering a taste of Asia with a local twist.

Since settling in Margaret River in 2014, Yan and Edison have been embraced by the community, and now they’re sharing their special dumplings with the locals. With a passion for cooking and a love for their new home, they’ve turned their family tradition into a thriving food business, delivering delicious dumplings that bring the tastes of Hong Kong to Western Australia.
