Tracie brings an impressive depth of experience to every tour. Her career has spanned executive support for CEOs in Perth, including the WA Tourism Commission (Eventscorp), frontline passenger services at London’s Gatwick Airport and international roles in the UK and Canada. Around 2004, she made a deliberate career change into a very diverse role, operating at a higher level, aimed at public safety – this was vastly different from anything she’d done before. These years honed her skills in meticulous organisation, seamless logistics, discretion, adaptability, and delivering calm, polished service under pressure—qualities that now ensure every Chauff-Her journey feels seamless, intuitive and effortlessly curated.
Tracie first fell in love with Margaret River through years of visits, particularly to Wilyabrup where her brother and his wife have had a home for the past 23 years. In 2016, she bought land with her partner, built their home, and moved permanently from Perth in December 2019, seeking a slower pace and better work-life balance (though, as Tracie laughs, running her own business means she works harder than ever—but she truly loves it).
